Payment Policy:

A 100% deposit is due at the time of booking (you can’t complete your booking without it). This deposit will be completely refunded if you decide to cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours of notice before your scheduled event (see cancellation policy below).

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel/reschedule at any time up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations before this 72 hour window will be 100% refunded. Cancellations within the 72 hour window will only be 50% refunded. It is your job to check the weather before the event and confirm that you want to continue forward with the event in the forecasted weather. We do not recommend organizing a Power Wheels party when it is cold or rainy, but if you choose to proceed in those conditions, we will be there.
