We understand that plans change, kids get sick, and weather can be unpredictable. Our goal is to be fair, clear, and consistent so families know exactly what to expect.
To cancel your booking, please contact us using any of the following methods:

Your cancellation is considered received once we have acknowledged it. If you do not receive a confirmation from us, please follow up to ensure your message was delivered.
If you cancel six (6) or more days before your scheduled event:
- You may choose a full refund OR
- You may reschedule your event to any available date
If you cancel less than six (6) days before your event:
- You may reschedule your event to any available date, OR
- Receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued on or after the scheduled event date.
You may still request to reschedule, but availability is not guaranteed.
We operate rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Monitor weather leading up to the event
- Cancel 6+ days in advance if weather is a concern
- Decide whether to proceed or reschedule if weather becomes questionable within the 6‑day window
If you choose to proceed and weather interrupts the event, no refunds will be issued.
Junior Joyrides requires customer confirmation prior to delivery. If we make reasonable attempts to contact you (email, text, and phone call) and receive no response:
- We will not deliver equipment to the event location.
- The booking will be treated as a cancellation under the same timelines listed above.
- No refunds are issued for events cancelled due to a customer’s failure to respond.
This protects both your time and ours, and ensures we never arrive at a location without permission or confirmation.
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Processing times vary by bank and may take several business days.
